He brings more than six years of experience across valuations, financial modeling, deal structuring, project finance, and purchase price allocations, having worked in oil & gas, energy services, manufacturing, healthcare, power & utilities, and
renewables.
Prior to joining Kalos, Joseph spent two years in a corporate development role at a major power company, where he led and executed strategic sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions focused on the
renewable energy space. He also spent over four years at Ernst & Young LLP in the Valuations, Modeling & Economics and Audit & Assurance groups, building foundational expertise in financial reporting, valuation methodologies, and complex deal execution.
